§ 1 Information about the collection of personal data

§ 3 Collection of personal data when you visit our site

(1) When using our site pure informatively, that is if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we collect only personal information that your browser sends them on our server. If you want to view our site, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary to display our website and to ensure stability and security (legal basis is Article 6 (1), 1st sentence of RGPD ):

§ 5 Using Matomo

(1) This site uses the Matomo web analytics service to analyze and regularly improve the use of our site. With the help of statistics, we can improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. The legal basis for the use of Matomo is Article 6, paragraph 1, sentence 1 letter f of DS-OMG.
(2) For this evaluation, cookies (more detailed in § 3) are stored on your computer. The responsible person stores the information collected exclusively on his/her server in [Germany]. § 6 Using social media plug-ins

(1) We currently use the following social media plug-ins: [Facebook, Google+, Twitter, Xing, T3N, LinkedIn, Flattr]. We use the so-called two-click solution. In other words, when you visit our site, personal data is not originally provided to plug-in providers. The plug-in provider can be identified by the mark on the box above the initial letter or logo.We offer you the possibility to communicate directly with the plug-in provider via the button. Just by clicking on the marked field and enabling it, the plug-in provider receives the information that you have accessed on our online service website. In addition, the data referred to in point 3 of this Statement will be transmitted. With Facebook and Xing, according to German providers, the IP address is anonymous immediately after collection. By activating the plugin, personal data will be sent by you to the supplier and stored there (with US suppliers in the USA). Because the plug-in provider does the data collection, especially with regard to cookies, we recommend you to delete all the cookies on the grey-color settings box of the security browser before you press.

(2) We have no influence on the data collected and the data processing operations, nor do we know the full extent of the data collection, the purpose of the processing, the storage periods. We also do not have information to delete the data collected by the plugin provider.
(3) The plug-in provider saves the collected data about you as user profiles and uses them for advertising, market research and / or custom design.
